John Boden, General Manager
John Boden grew up in Manasquan, NJ and is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and also has a sommelier certificate from the Sommelier Society of America. Boden was previously employed for 29 years as General Manager & Executive Chef of the Columbus Citizens Foundation in New York City. John has been involved in the amazing transformation of Branches and can’t wait to bring this gem back to the Jersey Shore.
Jean-Paul Gabriel, Head Chef
Jean-Paul Gabriel has been a chef since 1994. He grew up in Haiti and went to culinary school in Lyon, France which is known as the gastronomic capital of the country. His extensive experience includes the Embassy Suites and Le Petit Bistro in NYC, The Shadowbrook in Shrewsbury, the Navesink Country Club, Princeton University, and The Gramercy at Lakeside Manor in Hazlet, New Jersey.
